My name is Xavier and I am a fitness and nutrition coach based in Mexico City. I specialize in helping clients lose weight and build strength, all without the need for a gym membership.

In the few short months since relocating from San Francisco, I am lucky enough to count clients from the American School Foundation, Apple Computers, The Associated Press, Al Jezeera, and more.

My philosophy towards fitness and nutrition is that both are mix of habits and skills that anyone can develop.

Q. What are your rates?

A. Rates average MX$500 per 1-hour session depending on how many sessions you purchase at once.

Q. What's included with your fee?

A. All of my clients receive:

  • a detailed fitness assessment, including body measurements and body fat percentage
  • customized workout programs delivered with instructional videos to a smart phone or email inbox
  • customized nutrition program and ongoing nutrition coaching
  • 24/7 email support
Q. Why should I work with you specifically?

A. Most of my clients choose to train with me for one of two reasons:

First of all, because they may not want to join a gym and value the freedom and convenience of working out from the comfort of their own home or the outdoors. This not only saves them time but makes their programs easier to commit to, which means results come faster.

Secondly, many of my clients travel often for their jobs and appreciate that my customized workouts can be accomplished on the road without any special equipment.

Q. How do I get away without having a gym membership?

A. I have developed a specialized training protocol incorporating bodyweight strength training, gymnastics, dynamic stretching, calisthenics, and high intensity cardio that can be completed at home or on the road without a gym membership or any special equipment. 

This means you never have an excuse for missing a workout!

But I also train some clients in their gyms if that's their preference. I just ask you cover my entry fee should your gym charge one.

Q. What is your experience and qualifications?

A. I have been certified by the National Association of Sports Medicine as both a Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition specialist and have over 10 years experience helping clients reach their goals.

Q. How can I get started?

A. I offer all new clients a complimentary training session so we can meet, discuss goals, sample a workout, and see if we're a fit.

Q. Where do you train?

A. I primarily train clients in the comfort of their own homes in the Roma and Condesa neighborhoods.

If you don't have space, we can train at my home (Condesa), a park, or even your gym.

Q.What other services do you provide?
